How to get high without marijuana by using hypnosis....

Introduction

The power of the mind is incredible. You can, with practice, use hypnosis to "get high" without using illegal drugs. Self hypnosis is done with a script read into an audio recorder. The results, with practice, is almost unbelievable.

Instructions

Difficulty: Moderate

Things You'll Need

  • An audio recorder

Steps

1

Step One

There are several hypnosis scripts on the web that are free to download. If you read through a few of these, you'll get the idea on how hypnosis works. There's quite a few "quit smoking" scripts and they are easy to turn around for your use. Also, read through some progressive relaxation scripts. Now you need to type out a "script" that will work for you.

Step Two

The first script you write should be a progressive relaxation script. An example of this would be when you start by relaxing your feet and work your way up to your head. When you have written out the relaxation part of the script, you are ready to put in "post hypnotic suggestions". These are the suggestions that you will use to tell your mind how you want to "feel" when you wake up and you need to be as specific as possible. Try to remind yourself how you felt the last time you indulged. Try to say these suggestions at least three times. Now you will instill a "trigger" to set off the suggestions you have given yourself. "When this bell rings..." or something like that would be fine. Also, put in a post hypnotic suggestion to bring you out of the "indulged state" such as "when this bell rings..." or something like that. Then continue your relaxation script and bring yourself back up from your hypnotic trance. You cannot get stuck in hypnosis. Eventually, you would fall asleep and wake up quite yourself.

Step Three

When you listen to the audio you made, try to find a quiet place where you won't be disturbed by phones, pets, or other distractions. It may take some practice to get the scripts to work for you. Don't get disappointed if they don't work the first time. Sometimes, it takes practice to get yourself relaxed enough to accept the suggestions. Vary the script you use, or the words you use. You might practice with a friend.
