How to Make Herbal Infusions for Health

Introduction

Herbal infusions are basically strong teas that are steeped over a long period of time. When the right herbs are chosen, they can really enhance your health and increase energy and stamina.

The herbs used are typically considered food, not medicine. Try them one at a time and observe how your body reacts.
